You could already be a WINNER!
It's a new manager! Congratulations! You've been chosen from thousands to be the lucky recipient of a completely incompetent manager. Not only is he totally devoid of logical thought processes but he will talk for hours (mostly about himself). So, unpack him, put him in an office with a phone in his hand and watch him go*.
